Paresh Mandke
Managing Director
Paresh has 20 years of rich experience encompassing sales, leadership, strategy, consulting and program management. Having handled EMEA wide leadership responsibilities in his previous stints, he is well versed with European engineering and technology industry. Over the years he has worked with a large number of leading global companies from industry segments such as Aerospace, Automotive, Rail transportation, Semiconductor, Industrial, Energy, Oil and Gas etc helping them to devise and implement their low cost sourcing strategies in IT and engineering areas. At Propellence his mission is to build a best in class, customer centric consulting and executive search organisation with a global footprint. Paresh is an Instrumentation engineer from Pune University, an MBA from Symbiosis International University and has done executive program in advanced leadership at London Business School.
Shekhar Potnis
Board Advisor
Entrepreneur, Mentor & Investor to early stage Technology and Social Enterprises. Shekhar is passionate about contributing to entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has build multiple start-ups in the filed of technology, logistics, social sector & art. Shekhar brings in a diverse experience of more than 25 years in IT industry, of which 17 years were with Infosys. Shekhar has extensive experience in BFSI, Logistics and Manufacturing domains. In his last role at Infosys, he was the Head of Pune Development Centre. Shekhar has keen interest in the field of Social Entrepreneurship and Art.
